Due to last year's atypical weather, our yields were too low to be able to carry us through until this year's harvest, so for the time being we are no longer able to sell AP or Bread flour. We are, however, offering a 20% discount on all of our heritage varieties until we have AP and Bread flour available again. We're sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. And encourage you to try a heritage variety in the mean time! 

Our AP flour is milled from hard red winter wheat, contains moderate protein, and works well for everything from cakes, to biscuits, and waffles, to bread.

Bolted flour has been sifted to remove about 75% of the bran, but the remaining bran and germ add flavor and improve nutrition.
