Organic Buckwheat & Wheat Pancake Mix gives a unique flavor to a morning favorite.

Organic Whole Grain Buckwheat Flour brings character and nutrition to recipes, both savory and sweet.

Harvest Chocolate Dutched Cocoa brings a full body and smooth flavor to baking, and is delicious in a Chocolate Buck Cake.

The Bee Shed Buckwheat Stout Honey comes from hives placed on our farm in Ridgeway for the weeks when our fields of Organic Buckwheat are flowering. The result is a deeply rich honey, with earthy undertones and a hint of cherry.

Recipe Card: Chocolate Buck Cake is one of our favorite applications of Buckwheat. It puts the Harvest Chocolate Cocoa Powder, Buckwheat Flour, and Buckwheat honey to excellent use.

No kit would be complete without a handmade 100% linen kitchen towel.
