Organic Lonesome Stone Pancake Mix
We’re proud to carry on the legacy of Lonesome Stone Milling’s pancake mix. Lonesome Stone Milling was instrumental in laying the foundation for the work we’re continuing to do rebuilding our regional grain economy. This pancake mix was one of their first products showcasing regionally grown and milled grains, featuring soft winter wheat and rye.
Directions: For 6-8 pancakes preheat lightly oiled griddle. Combine 1 cup of flour with 1 to 1 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg. Pour batter, cook until bubbles on pancakes no longer burst. Flip, cook until golden.
Ingredients: Organic White Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, Organic Rye Flour, baking powder (nonGMO corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, and monocalcium phosphate), baking soda, salt.
